Osch is a Dieing sun. He's thhe oldest in the groupe, some 12 billion years old. The heavy winter type sweater he wears is to keep himself warm due to his old age and loss of energy. Again i wanted to go wild with this, but I was told to go Hollywood 
He's actually one of my faves that came together well. He would look awesome if I could have drawn him to look old and dicrepid with some kind of eastern European or Siberian attire. You never know, I may yet get a chance to do it.
